Service was excellent..Nielson at the swimming pool was always asking how he could help and when ever i needed the Turkish bath on he would go and turn it on ..Very helpful..The last day of my stay I was rushing to get back to Cartagena and when i left the room I totally forgot my bag on the safe with my Passport ,credit cards ,and money.Mr Serrano, head of security called me to tell me that i had left the bag on the safe. He personally check the bag, put it on a plastic bag and arrange to send it to me to Cartagena. He went well beyond his duty..I am very thankful with him..I am very happy with the service of the hotel. EXCELLENT...

The food is just awesome. You can also tell how everybody loves the food during breakfast. It is just delicious. I regret that they only offered arepa e huevo the last day, bc they were the best I have ever had!!!!

A big modern hotel, clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Excellent menu for the room service, outstanding breakfast.

Luis was amazing! From the moment we got there he was so attentive and helped us with anything we needed. He helped with speaking to Taxi drivers in Spanish and offered advice about going to Carnival.
